1.  Uninstall Pulse Secure
2.  Restart the computer
3.  Download Pulse Secure Installer Service
4.  Download Pulse Secure.x64
5.  Download Pulse Secure Config and Install Script
6.  Unzip the Pulse_Secure.zip and move the Configuration File and Powershell Script to C:\Temp
7.  Move the InstallerService and Pulse Secure files to C:\Temp
8.  Open Powershell as an administrator
9.  Change Directory to C:\Temp.  You can do this by typing in CD C:\Temp
10.  Run the Install Pulse powershell Script.  The command for this would be .\InstallPulse.ps1
11.  Restart computer once again for good measure
12.  Verify Pulse is installed and working.
